Pricing is fantastic, and as a broke college student it felt good paying for excellent service and fantastic nails for such a reasonable price. Love it!

2025-10-16The customer service here is great, and the atmosphere is really nice and relaxing. The nail technicians (Nary, Cara & Helen) do their best to make sure you’re satisfied, and overall, I would say the service is top-notch. My only concern is that this is my second visit, and I’ve never been offered a beverage or snack, even though I’ve noticed other patrons receiving them. I’m not sure what the difference is, but it would be nice to feel equally valued as a customer—my money spends just like anyone else’s. That said, because of the quality of service I received, I do plan to return. I just hope next time, the experience includes the same small gestures that make all customers feel welcomed and appreciated.
