2025-12-02Update: Frenchie reached out and resolved this right away. Got my nails redone and it looked so much better. Even layers, shapes even, nails all filled in. Pictures attached of first visit vs inspiration pictures, and second visit to fix nail. I did appreciated both nail techs. On second visit I was offered warm neck wrap and water, helping me to feel more relaxed. Did appreciate the customer service. However, after looking at my nails post service, disappointed with the result of my nail. Looked nothing close to my inspiration picture, uneven gel layers, gaps of nail bed still showing, and didn't get the hand massage listed until my service. Also one of my nail didn't get a top coat so it has been sticky. Consulted with my nail friends and the design I chose was doable.

2025-09-09We had my daughter’s birthday party at Frenchie’s and it completely exceeded our expectations! The staff were absolutely wonderful and made each little girl feel special and provided a true spa-like experience for them. They have a separate room where we set up a table for some spa-themed crafts and cupcakes and the kids had a blast. Thank you for such a fun and memorable experience!! We will definitely be back!

2025-10-28I've been here a few times now and the service and quality is outstanding every time. I brought my husband this past weekend for his first pedicure and really appreciated the extra effort to ensure his comfort. Bella did a fantastic job with my pedicure. Nailed helping me get the exact shade and type of polish and executed beautifully. Katherine helped me with gel polish removal on my hands and gave me some excellent nail and skin care tips. I went home with some DD cream and am loving it. Excited to come back again soon.
