2025-10-20I want to start off by saying I never got my nails in Albany. Nails 2 customer service is very rude and unprofessional. They over charged a 2 year old. Her toes were painted with regular polish that’s it and it was 20 dollars. I asked for an oval shape and short size. I wanted to do champagne for the base color she insisted on a clear pink but I wanted champagne. Then I told her I wanted navy blue French tips with gold lining. I told her to shape up the nail and she ignored what I was saying and told me put my nails in the dryer thing. The French tip is horrible, the shape is not what I asked for, and the application is thick and rushed . This looks like something I could have done myself. I am very disappointed and unhappy. They overcharged as well.

2025-07-01This place is horrible and Terrible customer service. I made an appointment for my pedicure and gel manicure and when I got there, the older gentleman was very grumpy and rude I asked for gel polish removal first ( from previous) and he just started cutting My nails very short and he bruised my nail on my pinky then He soaked my fingers and nails in acetone for 45 minutes, then he started working on someone else’s pedicure!seemed like he really didn’t know what he was doing ! I was very upset and disappointed and removed all the foil out of my fingers and walked away from the store and I have never ever done that in my life !! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone if you want to save your money or get a good service. Go to other nails salon
