Ben the receptionist was extremely kind! I went in with my one year old who was giving me a hard time and he helped me so much when he didn’t have to. Other staff members also helped which I didn’t get their names. Anne did my nails and she did amazing! I love them despite me moving trying to attend my daughter she managed to make them look super nice. She is very patient and kind.

I've been coming to Venus for 2 years, they are fabulous and always do a good job. The pedicures are fabulous and so relaxing! Got the Cat eye gel for the second time...its my favorite!

Absolutely horrible !!!!!!!!!!!!! We have been going here for awhile now and today was horrible. We come here every two weeks, Today was my husbands birthday so I thought it would be nice to go and have a pedicure. We get the same services every time we go so we know what the cost is. I had someone other than the regular technician that I have. She butchered my skin on my baby toe and then told me it was due to dry skin 🤨 We were never asked if we wanted any upgrades , which we didn’t but apparently they added them in because it was a slow day. Pricing was never discussed on any of this. How does a pedicure that is 65.00 cost us 95.00 ? When I got to the register to cash out I was told it was 185.00 for my services and 95 for my husbands ……Seriously ? I have never paid that much and when I questioned it I was talked down to. You will never get my business again ! You should be ashamed of yourself and those prices and where do you get off adding services that we never asked for, we were never consulted on this and that is extremely dishonest. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place ! I know we will never return !

I had a pedicure and a manicure. Great service. Can't remember his name but he was polite and attentive. I will definitely be returning

I went to Venus for the first time and Kevin helped me. I went in with a complicated design that I was hoping to get done as a birthday set and Kevin did an absolutely amazing job. It looked exactly like the picture that I showed him. Customer Service was great and everybody was so friendly. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will definitely be back.
