Update: I did have a great experience but all my nails fell off not even a week later. I don’t believe they know how to do Gel X and I’m very disappointed I didn’t even get a whole week with my nails. —————————————————————— Got off a long day at work and wanted to treat myself, Called Vans and they said yes to a Gel X Full set and Pedicure close to closing. I had an amazing experience. Started with my pedicure with Andy that they gave me a free beverage and got me a heating pad for my back/ shoulders and the massage chair and pedicure was amazing. Then I got my nails done and I got the Gel X with a short set, they look and fill like there my natural beautiful nails and I got my nails done by the Van herself and colored by Andy then an amazing hand massage. 10/10 come to Vans Nails if you want to feel pampered and leave happy. Thank you Van & Andy. I will be back 😊

Van is amazing with my nails. I have been going to her for years and is never disappointed. She takes her time and my nails last a long time without breaking. I can show her any photo and she always makes sure to take her time to get exactly what I want. Nobody is allowed to touch my nails but her.

poor communication with nail salon owner, made one price then changed it, quality work is poor, would not recommend. this was $55 UPDATE !!!! ——————— In response to their message, that was a fib, I want to make something clear that this was my FIRST TIME EVER in your establishment. Every nail salon has different prices and it’s common for them to adjust the prices to accommodate clientele. You offered initially $50 for a dip powder, then when I stated that I wanted to just do gel acrylic, to which was said PRIOR to any color was applied, you stated that its $40. My decision changed simply due to how poorly the tech was shaping my nails, as I clearly indicated that I wanted square nails as I showed in the photo that is not squared, it’s a thick block. Also, when he started applying the regular polish that is when I began to question what he was doing, as I indicated that I wanted Gel Acrylic and when the owner came to “ fix” the nails the end result was just as poor. When it came to paying, finances are not an issue with me, I was just personally not happy with paying before my service was completed. It felt unfair and there were other individuals in the establishment who did not have to pay before their service. This is where my frustration came from and just how unprofessional everything was there prior to payment. Maybe a tip to consider is to have your prices displayed more clearly rather than having them face behind your clients on the wall, in the corner of the room. Where there is no way to visibly confirm prices. So, people like me don’t feel cheated out of their money.
