SNS EXCLUSIVE SALON

I had not been to this place in quite a while. The pedicure I had was sooo relaxing! I had a hot stone massage, with a foot mask, and exfoliation. The chairs were so comfortable too. I love the cat eye polish and they did a great job applying it. I gave 4 stars because my second service was removing my acrylic nails. The next lady was just going to pop them off without even soaking them!! I stopped her and she ended up soaking them off. I could tell she didn't like have to wait, but that is what you pay for. The salon was clean, and overall staff was very kind and helpful.

My girl Mi always does such an awesome job replicating any intricate design I pick out. I can always trust her to do a good job. She always makes my experience a 10/10! I can sit back, watch a movie and my nails always come out perfect. The salon as a whole is really accommodating, they always make sure their clients are comfortable and well taken care of.

As today I was struggling trying to find a Nail Tech at the last minute to do my nails for my company Christmas party I got recommended to this place in Hannah! Did a wonderful great awesome job I may have a new Nail Tech!!! Girl you did so great and I’m sooo in love with my nails!!!!!

I went in for a pedicure and if i could rate this zero stars i would. I walked in and was not greeted. I then eventually started my pedicure and the lady was rushing. Not only was she rushing she cut the tissue on the side of my toes. I kept telling her that it was hurting. Today it hurts to even walk because my toe feels raw. Then i had another lady come and do my acrylic on my big toes. As she is doing my acrylic the other lady went in the corner to sit. While she is on her phone i noticed her digging deep in each nostril with her fingers. Picking her nose over and over. I was so disgusted that I asked can the lady doing the acrylic if she doesn't mind to just go ahead and paint my toes, she then had the audacity to go and start putting towels away for clients along with other essentials without even washing her hands. Ten mins later the guy at the register cashed someone out and did the same thing. Picking his nose with his fingers!!!!!!! I am so disgusted by the unsanitary on top of customer service. My toes are red and cut up. I will NEVER go back to this place again. Worst experience ever.
