I’ve been a client since the salon first opened, and it’s truly been such a wonderful experience every single time. The owner is incredible — kind, professional, and genuinely passionate about what she does. You can tell she puts her heart into making sure every client feels valued and cared for. The entire staff is equally amazing — friendly, talented, and always welcoming. What really stands out is how much they focus on the overall health and care of your nails. They use non toxic products and they take the upmost care in ensuring everything is hygienic and clean. My nails have never been healthier, and every visit feels like a treat. I’m so grateful to have found this salon and can’t recommend it enough!

Walking into Gloss you feel like you’re in a whole different world. Coming from the up north, I did a lot of researching, to find exactly what I was looking for, losing hope I found Gloss. On the walk in Vu was very welcoming and informative. Gio was my nail specialist. Gio is so professional, knowledgeable and kind. He listened took note and applied. I recently got my nails done by Rafeeya, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the experience. I came in struggling with what design I wanted, but she came up with a creative, beautiful design that I absolutely LOVE. She really took the time to understand what I liked and somehow turned my indecision into something stunning. Not only do my nails look amazing, but I’ve never seen my cuticles this clean. The whole experience felt thoughtful, professional, and super relaxing.

I absolutely love it here! I have been a nail biter all my life and have never had nails like I do now! I have been coming here for a few months now and couldn’t be happier. I love that they don’t do acrylics or use harsh chemicals. The location is so clean so welcoming inside. The staff is so friendly and attentive.
