Bliss Nail Spa Winter Park

Bliss is such a welcoming and relaxing spa! The atmosphere is calm, the staff is friendly, and the service is always top-tier. My 4-year-old daughter and I both see Jessica, and she is absolutely amazing — so patient, talented, and great with kids! Our nails always come out beautiful. I’ve been going to Bliss Nails and seeing Alex, and I can’t say enough good things. His nail art is truly exceptional—he is precise, creative, and always nails exactly what I ask for (sometimes even better!). I constantly get compliments on my nails because of his work. The salon is clean, welcoming, and well-organized, and I always feel taken care of from the moment I walk in. If you’re looking for someone who really understands design, Alex is the best.

I got the Deluxe Pedicure and was pleased with the final color and overall result. This place has a nice view of the lake from the pedicure chairs. Would recommend parking across the street though because the plaza is small and known for being crowded at most times of day. Out of the many nail salons here in Winter Park, I would return to this one due to the service and beautiful views.

It is uncommon for me to write reviews; therefore, please understand that my statements reflect my genuine experience. Upon entering the nail salon, I noted that the premises were clean and the staff was courteous and accommodating. I was quickly directed to a chair, and service commenced within five minutes of arrival. The assigned nail technician appeared well-dressed, experienced, and confident. However, my experience during the pedicure was concerning. The technician repeatedly drilled my toenails instead of utilizing a nail file, was unresponsive to my instructions regarding my desired design, and used a pumice stone to scrub my feet, which resulted in discomfort. I initially delayed posting a review, but upon returning home, I observed that my foot was burning due to the aggressive use of the pumice stone on the top of my foot and ankle, leaving the area red and raw. I had to apply antiseptic, hoping to prevent bacterial infection from the abrasions. This was both alarming and concerning. While I am satisfied with the polish design, the procedures employed by the technician raise significant public health and safety concerns.
