First, I called to schedule an appointment, and the person who answered asked if I had already purchased the Groupon deal. When I said yes, she told me that Groupon customers could only book appointments in December. The Groupon deal for the couple’s massage was $99. Then she said if I wanted to come that week, she could offer me a “promotion” for $170 for the same 50-minute service. When we arrived, she spent quite a bit of time trying to upsell extra services. After we politely declined, the massage finally started, but it lasted only about 30 minutes instead of the 50 minutes we paid for. My spouse mentioned that most of her session felt more like light rubbing than an actual deep tissue massage as advertised. We had also filled out a detailed form marking the areas we wanted them to focus on, but it was clear they didn’t read it, since neither of us even had our necks or heads touched. At the end, she suggested we leave a 25% tip. Thankfully, we didn’t agree - after reading the Groupon reviews later, we learned she charges 25% based on the full value (over $400), which is outrageous. We ended up tipping in cash instead. Overall, the experience felt misleading and rushed. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t return or recommend this place.

This place has got to be a scam. They sell the products both on the website and on Groupon at a “discounted price” while the original is an egregious rate. When we first got there, the doors were locked. We finally got in and no one was at the door to get into the studio. We brushed it off on the fact that they seemed like they were probably in a session. Once we got in there was a couple checking out that seemed like they were getting charged a lot more than they expected even though they already paid for the massage. So that was first a little off. Then we got into the room and they tried to upsell us on a tier system on top of what we paid already. We declined and they kept trying, until eventually we finally got through. But they took that time upselling us and the time that they took speaking with the other couple from our massage. Once we finally started my massage was nice but it felt more like rubbing than anything. It felt rushed and it she put focus on one arm and then ended early without doing the other. Once we got out they tried to put 25% gratuity on the original price of the massage which was $500. We declined and asked if we could do a custom amount, to which she said yes and suggested $85, to which we also declined and gave a custom amount. Felt uncomfortable wouldn’t recommend

Very disappointed unfortunately, the receptionist is off-putting and uncooperative for people who use Groupon. I wanted to try a new place and hopefully like it so much that I return, but the attitude is something I can't deal with. All customers and prospects should be treated the same, instead of spoken to in a condescending way as if they're doing me a huge favor by accepting a promotion that THEIR BUSINESS advertised.

Very Terrible. I would not recommend to my worse enemy. I have been trying to book using my Groupon starting back in October 2025 every week I make an appointment they cancel it or tell me the day of appointment that I have to reschedule. I live in port st lucie florida and to tell me to reschedule my appointment 1 hour before the appointment time is ridulous. If the establishment doesnt want to honor the groupon then they should take it off Groupon all together this is terrible business. I would give the 0 stars if there was an option. Good job ruining someone's first experience trying to get a massage.

Hidden location inside a large building, a little hard to find but super cute once inside. Antoi was absolutely amazing, very calming nature and gave a great massage! We will be back!
