BB Nail Bar

My husband and I had the best pedicures we have ever had anywhere!! Highly recommend this place - it was clean, friendly and the nail techs, Peter and Van, were absolutely awesome. This will be our go-to going forward.

First time coming into BB Nail Bar for a gel pedi with Crystal. Best pedi I've had done in a long time. Lisa was super nice and funny and worked on a pedi on my Dad since he just moved into The Villages and needed to find a great man/pedi salon nearby! Being from California I can tell you I've been to many nail salons but by far this was the cleanest, well organized, relaxing, and best experience my Dad and I had. Thank you Crystal and Lisa for making it memorable!

I’ve been coming here for almost a year now, absolutely loved it and love Tricia! However the last time I went in was for a nail removal because I can’t have them for my schooling. However seems like they over booked. Completely forgot that I had an appointment and when I asked them to put a clear coat on my nails because they were scratched up and weakened from the tools they used on it as well as the acetone. My request seemed to annoy them as if it wasn’t what I asked for. I don’t know what women would want to remove their nails and walk out of the salon with scratched up nails. I’m very disappointed that I went there for a year and gave my money to a place that would treat a loyal customer so poorly. When asking for a clear coat or hydration for my nails it seems to annoy them when they should absolutely not let their customer walk out with weak nails. Again loved Tricia the past year, I have sent many customers to them as well but I will absolutely be sharing how I was treated with my friends and family.

The best customer service I’ve ever received at a nail salon. Ever since I’ve moved to Florida I have been coming here and they have always been so welcoming and done everything I’ve asked. I am Grateful to be able to trust the techs with my designs and colors and never have to worry if I won’t like it! Best nail salon I’ve ever been to!

I just had the pleasure of having my nails done here. I'm traveling and I read the reviews and decided to come here dam im glad I did my pedicure was outstanding the girl that did it was crystal dam can she massage im in heaven I had the wax as well .She went beyond and was so sweet worth every penny..Howwy did my manicure and it came out perfect. He stopped several times to check if I liked the things that he was doing. Great job all around I will be back next time in in town.i forgot to post a pic of my toes
