Not very happy with these nails.. I got these done last Wednesday or Thursday, there’s a hair in the nail, not filled in, my pointer finger is so thick on one part. The man doing my nails was just watching a video on his phone the whole time and showing lack of care on my nails.

Nice, clean nail salon, open on Sundays...which is hard to find. They were friendly and efficient. My nails have stayed in tact after over 2 weeks.

I had a wonderful experience at Q Nail & Spa! Ken, the owner, was incredibly accommodating and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. My pedicure was very relaxing, and I’m really happy with how it turned out — the nail polish is so pretty! They have a great selection of colors to choose from, and unlike other salons, I appreciated that Ken didn’t push gel polish or any extra products on me. He was professional, respectful, and genuinely focused on providing a good experience. I’m very pleased with the overall service and would definitely recommend both the salon and Ken. I’ll be back!

I had an amazing pedicure done here. I also got a dip powder nail set (pictured) and they turned out absolutely beautiful. Bamboo did a lovely job and I will definitely be back soon to see her! She truly is a professional!

I was released from the hospital on the morning of 11/8 after being there for a month. I thought I'd treat myself to a gel pedicure and dip manicure. I booked the appointment a week prior 1:30 for pedicure with Lisa; 2:15 for dip manicure with Tina. I got the text reminder/confirmation the day prior. I arrived at 1:30 and could tell from the young man's face that there was an issue. They had me on at 2:15 but not for the 1:30. After some confusion, I showed him the text confirmation on my phone and he went in the back to talk with one of the ladies. He came up front and took me to the back pedi chair and ran the water. i explained that I had somewhere to be at 4 pm and needed to leave no later than 3:40. I waited in the chair a few minutes and he came back to me with a $5 gift certificate for my wait. I asked him how long it would be. "About 5 minutes," he said. 45 minutes later!!! Lisa finished up with someone and came over to me. No apology and the "spa" (bubbles in the water) hadn't even been turned on. So my 1:30 pedicure started at 2:30 and ended at 3:15. While I was waiting for her to start, she wrapped my nails to take the old polish off, effectively spilling pure acetone on my dress! She then explained that they don't do dip nails. They use gel polish and then a layer of dip on top (which makes it more expensive AND I prefer all layers of dip because my nails are so thin). I let her know (in a very calm voice actually) that I would not be back ... and they hadn't even completed my pedicure yet. Finally at 3:15, I sat for my 2:15 manicure, which was supposed to be with Tina but Oak was going to do it. I told her AGAIN that I needed to leave at 3:40 to be at my 4 pm engagement. She said there wasn't enough time. At this point I was beyond frustrated with this first-time visit to Q Nails. I told her to just leave my nails and I'd go somewhere else where I could get them done the way I've always had them done and at the time for which I scheduled the appointment. I'm not one to complain, especially on a public forum, but I don't want anyone else to have an experience like this. Very frustrating and disappointing, especially after spending a month in the hospital. In response to Ken’s reply to me … I was on time (1:30) but if you didn’t even have the appointment on the calendar due to the “computer glitch” why would you call me to see if I was coming if I wasn’t even on your calendar. Oak absolutely did not offer to do my dip manicure for free because there wasn’t even time to do it because my pedicure was an hour late getting started, therefore my manicure was an hour late getting started, leaving me 25 minutes before I had to leave to make it to my 4 pm commitment.
