GlamMe Nails Salon (new owner)

I had a basic manicure & pedicure. It seems like a small family business which I support. I loved that it's very quiet, calm and they played great music like jazz, lounge pop such like Laufey. They have massage chairs in the pedicure section and I'm obsessed. I enjoyed so much my full body massage. The pedicure was great! Sharon did a really good job cleaning, shaping, massaging my feet and then painted them beautifully. The manicure was also a success. She was patient with my tiny nails, respectful and not rushed at all. It's been a while since I've felt I had a great beauty service experience. I would suggest updating towels and some general tools so it can look even cleaner. Also cleaning the fans is very important for people that are allergic or asthmaic due to dust mits like me.

My pedicure was very well done, but my manicure was a mess. A young man paints my nails and was nice and all but after waiting for it to dry I go to my car and it gets messed up. I come in he “fixes it” and it gets messed up again. I come back in and ask for a refund because it took me 2 hours for a basic manicure that I know will get messed up again because it was badly done and they refuse to give me a refund. They fix it again and I hope it stays this way but the fact I had it get messed up twice and they didn’t have the common decency to give me a refund or at least a discount for this waste of time is ridiculous. Train your employees better and treat the customer how they should be treated. Update the “fixed nails” are not holding up. You can see according to the pictures.

worse experience ever!!! i wish i could give negative stars.. the young man started doing a nice job before a lady with greens eyes took over for some reason. she cut my finger multiple times and continued trying to file on it, never even apologized and i don’t think she said a word the whole time. she wouldn’t follow my inspo even after telling her to fix it multiple times. i had to tell to remove it and i walked out. i will NEVER be back!!! if a lady with greens eyes took eyes tries to do your nails… run! i’m currently fixing the SOAK OFF myself right now

They do nice work but this low rating is based on length of time it takes to complete a service. It has taken over an hour and 10 minutes to get a pedicure the last 3 times I was here. All 3 visits of which I would have also liked to get a manicure but I just don't have that kind of time. Sorry.

I couldn't be happier with Glamme Nails! Even though we always ask for complicated designs, they always go out of their way to make it PERFECT, and always with a smile! Great place and great nail techs!
