I’m a local and have come back here numerous times with trying other places but LV nails is the spot. I hadn’t gotten my nails done for years and asked for a design with dip and Windy understood and CRUSHED it I mean just wow very attentive and would 10/10 recommend. Also got pedicure with green to match nails pics just not posted

I’ve been getting my nails done for over 15 years, just moved here and this was genuinely one of the worst sets I’ve ever had. I asked for a simple French tip with two cherry designs. From the start, the atmosphere was cold - not just quiet or professional, but actively unwelcoming. Maybe they assumed I was a tourist (I’m not), but regardless, the energy was off. The real issue was the quality. I flagged during the appointment that my acrylics looked way too thin - like they might crack - and I was dismissed both times I brought it up. Sure enough, within three days, both of my pointer fingers cracked. I went in to get them fixed and even the person redoing them said, “Wow, these are really thin.” She didn’t redo the original design because it “wouldn’t match,” which..fine, but then I was charged $15 to fix work that was clearly done poorly to begin with + tip. A few days later (so still under a week and a half), my thumb and middle finger started peeling. Full acrylics. With gel polish. Peeling. That’s not normal. To be clear: I paid full price for a design I don’t have anymore, was charged extra to fix their mistake, and still ended up with nails that didn’t last. I’ve truly never experienced anything like it. If you’re looking for quality work, consistent service, or accountability - keep looking. This wasn’t it. I’ve been coming here for about 2 years, and the salon just changed ownership. The new owner, Wendy, is absolutely wonderful! She’s so fun, sweet, and makes you feel right at home. They’ve already made upgrades inside, and it looks beautiful and refreshed. Wendy also introduced me to their new Collagen Bomb Spa Pedicure with steam—such a relaxing and unique experience! It felt amazing, and I left with my feet so soft and pampered. I’m excited about the changes and can’t wait to keep coming back. Highly recommend checking it out under the new ownership!
