Via Prof Studio European Spa

I had a great experience at Via Prof. Natalia the nail technician did a phenomenal job on my nails. One of the kindest nail technicians in the salon. She pays super close attention to every detail and would always check in to ensure I was comfortable throughout the process. She was super kind and friendly, and provided outstanding customer service :). Natalia truly cares about her craft and clients well being. Do not be afraid to ask her for nail designs, she does a great job and is truly artistic! I will definitely be coming back to via prof more often, this is the only place I trust to do my nails ❤️

My nail tech Olga is AMAZING. I’ve been doing my nails with her for some time and actually followed her to this salon from a previous place. Aside from being a sweetheart and genuinely caring about her customers, she is a true perfectionist when it comes to her work. My nails always come out perfectly shaped with flawless cuticles and polish.She is friendly, attentive and is always monitoring her work to ensure it comes out impecable. I will say that all the ladies at the salon are very sweet and their customer service is top notch. They offer you refreshments as soon as you sit and always want to make your experience an enjoyable one.

Marina did it! I love the color. She did a really good job. I normally go to Zarina but she was not available. Always book a month or two ahead and try to set two appointments. It's worth it. A pedicure last a month I was late so it lasted two full months no chips perfect condition. I waited last minute for an appointment. Marina was kind, she's quiet, she is quick to get you anything and make you feel good. I appreciate her.

✨ I had my first Russian manicure today and wow—what an experience! The appointment took about 3 hours, which is definitely longer than I’m used to, and the price was a bit higher than expected. BUT… my nails look absolutely stunning. The attention to detail is on another level. 💅🏽 The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and calming—they even offer coffee and drinks, which made the experience feel extra special. ☕️✨ I’ve heard Russian manicures have amazing retention, so I’m excited to see how long these last. Based on the quality and care, I have high hopes! I’ll definitely be back if they hold up as well as promised. Highly recommend for anyone looking to treat themselves to a luxury nail experience!

Writing this review to warn new potential customers of this nail salon. I had been going to this salon for over a year, but my last appointment ruined my opinion on Via Prof. I normally book with a specific manicurist, but she was not available, so the receptionist recommended another woman. Marina was nice, but not skilled enough. I asked for a French manicure with a rounded/almond shape. She ended up cutting my nails too short for my liking and my cuticles were raw when she was done. My nails ended up very uneven and sloppy, paint was left on my skin, and I asked her during the appointment to go back and fix things. I tried to convince myself that it wasn’t too bad, but after paying $115 - I decided to call the salon later that day to talk to a manager. I wasn’t able to, so they asked me to send pictures. In the end, all they offered was 20% off my NEXT appointment. In my opinion, this is just poor business and management. If a repeat customer is truly not happy with the service, then offer to fix it for free or offer a partial refund. Don’t be cheap and lose customers over a simple fix.
