I love this place! They are very professional and provide exceptional service that are less harmful to your nails. Linda is great! She does whatever you request on nails and also adds her personal touch to designs if you are ok with it. The pedicures are awesome too on comfy massage chairs. Face masks are complimentary while getting pedicure. You want to relax and get great service, this is your place! UPDATE 12/10/2025: I am a continued client here. My usual tech wasn't available but Nick did not disappoint. Not only was he quick but also did a beautiful festive design. And of course Ken provided the best Pedicure with his massage. Very happy Feet :-) great team work.

Went for the first time today. It had been 3 yrs since my nails were done professionally because the chemicals give me migraines. Fast forward to today at Nail Charisma. What a fabulous experience. The lady that greeted me helped me decide on which nail enhancements were right for me and found my perfect polish! Right off the bat you notice the soothing music, the friendly atmosphere, and how clean the salon is with zero smell of chemicals. I was led to a pedicure chair where the charging arm (for charging my phone)was pulled out for me. The lady helped me settle in giving me an eye mask and helping get the total massage chair activated. The pedicure turned my dry toes into beautiful feet! Thanks Kent! I went on to have Gel extensions and a manicure. Kent did a great job and explained each step. After he completed all the steps I had amazing gorgeous red nails that look like mine not fake. A trigger point massage is done for both the mani and pedi and the massage chair also massages the arms and hands. Jenny waxed my eyebrows with care and efficiency. I will definitely be back. It was pleasant, relaxing, and transformative. This has to be the best nail experience I have ever had. Thank you Nail Charisma!

I had a very tiring week, and I needed to feel beautiful and pampered. It's an excellent place in Lutz to get your nails done. I appreciate the massage on my legs and feet. I fell asleep and felt very calm. The nail design was very delicate and pretty.

Nick did an amazing job on my daughter’s nails! He listened to what she wanted and offered his professional opinion- the result was perfect and better than we asked for! She’s very happy and we will be back. Highly recommend!

At 60 years old, I suffer from arthritis, and it's difficult to find a place where you can be treated with care and kindness, providing an excellent pedicure service. I appreciate the gentleness of the massages and the natural cream they use with essences, as the pain I had from arthritis felt better. I highly recommend this place to de-stress, and I appreciate the water bottle and the relaxing music. :) thanks :)
