2025-10-28BEWARE!! I got my eyebrows done here yesterday and they took my skin off!! I went back immediately because after I started driving I noticed my eyebrows started to burn badly and my skin was starting to get red. I didn’t realize at this point I had missing skin. The salon put Vaseline over it but did not offer a refund. I went to the urgent care and the doctor told me said caused a skin abrasion!! I now have to use prescription ointment to prevent an infection and help my skin grow back. I went back today (the following day) to get a refund. I didn’t get the tip back only $12 of $17. I’m so upset I have to walk around like this and have to deal with the pain of it! Do not go here for your eyebrows!!

2025-09-22Visited a week ago to get my nails done, everything seemed fine at first and then after a day or two the polished on my thumb nail raised up in one spot and then today one of my nails popped right off and multiple other nails are lifting. It’s been 6 days since I’ve gotten my nails done. I’ve never had this happen before. Severely disappointed in the quality of work.

2025-11-12I am disappointed. They are usually good. Unfortunately yesterday my technician cut too much of the side of my nail (on my big toe)... I've since had to soak the brand new pedicure to bring down the swelling. Now the nail is not so shiny. Goodbye $55.

2024-11-09Got my nails done here for the first time and it was a rly nice experience :)). What I had requested turned out both beautifully and exactly as I wanted. My nail artist, Jojo, did both a really good job and was really really sweet and fun to talk to! I got these done in early July and they lasted really well, about two months until I removed them. They looked nice both up close and from afar, was very satisfied and happy with the experience and services I got from polished day :))
