Zen Nails Lounge & Spa

I decided to get my nails done after not having then done for years, I was told by others to go to Pinky’s, “it’s new and their awesome”. Well, that can’t be farther from the truth!! I go in and show the photo of want I want, now to expect the exact same nails wouldn’t be reasonable, but it needs to look similar, right? The nail tech was pleasant, but the nails were horrible, I decided to just pay and leave as I didn’t believe it would get better as this was the tech that multiple people said was their best when it came to nail art. 85.00 dollars later I’m sitting in my truck, looking at my nails and flipping out as I would be utterly embarrassed for anyone to see them. They weren’t even close to the color, they were pink!!! Which had me doing my research, which I should have done before leaving my house…I see that Zen had a 4.7 rating, I read all the awesome reviews and see all the amazing nail art the do, and I put the truck in reverse and leave Pinky’s parking lot and go straight there. I walk in and explain what has happened to the gentleman at the front desk, and even he was shocked that they thought that was okay! I’m sat with Bibi, and she was honest and very up front with me, she told me that the photo of the nails I wanted was A.I. and she couldn’t do some of the art, followed by I can do others, and you will not leave here unsatisfied, and she was true to her word. No it’s not identical, but I actually like what she created better than the photo. I now have a go to nail salon and a tech that knows what she’s doing. I can’t thank Zen Nails for being so amazing!!!!

This was my first time coming to Zen and I received A+ service. I went in for for a French pedicure and full set Almond French tips. Tom did my pedicure and did an amazing job. I chose the Wax pedicure, and was offered a complementary drink, I chose the Vietnamese Coffee which was delicious! The leg and foot massage nearly put me to sleep. Holly did my Full Set nails and offered a complementary water. She was so detailed and hand crafted my set beautifully. The prices are pretty fair and consistent with everywhere else close by but the service I received was exceptional and worth the money. I will definitely return to Tom and Holly again, and again.

They new owners seem to be really nice. I received amazing service from Ana-Pedicure and John- nails but that Than see pic for reference. I understand there’s a language barrier however I used google translate to help to communicate my wants he still didn’t listen and got mad and serviced someone else with explaining what was going on. He got mad because he used the wrong color acrylic powder after I said it was the wrong color 3 times verbally and with the translation. Clearly the pinks don’t match! Don’t give this man your hard earned money!

Walked in aimlessly, but in dire need of a fill. John took care of me and was super pleasant, patient, and totally fulfilled my requested design. The shop is also clean and has a very nice aesthetic. I would definitely come back!

My usuals nail tech is on vacation so I stopped by here for the first time. The environment is so relaxing and beautiful. Ryan did a great job on my nails. The color I originally chose was too light and could not be seen on the tip, he added gel on the tips to make sure I left with beautiful nails. Thank you! Update - Ryan was busy so made an apt with his wife, Alice. Such a sweet girl and also does great work. I love this place! The pedicures are great as well.
