2025-04-19Overall, I’m satisfied with how it turned out. Kira did a great job with the nail art, and everyone was really friendly. However, I did experience some bruising from the drill during the process, I hope that all tools are properly sanitized after each use. For the pedicure, I found it a little pricey at $60, and I feel like they could improve their attention to detail. Some parts are a bit messy up close. That said, Kira was very nice, and the design itself turned out beautiful!

2025-12-11I want to warn anyone considering this nail salon about the extremely disrespectful behavior of the management—especially Bentley, the manager. I had been a loyal customer for years because the location was convenient, even after multiple friends advised me to stop going due to the poor treatment they experienced. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but my most recent visit proved that the concerns about this place were absolutely valid. The level of disrespect I encountered was shocking and completely unacceptable. The management speaks to customers with attitude, dismissiveness, and zero professionalism. I left feeling genuinely disrespected, and I will never return. Do not spend your hard-earned money here. They do not care about their customers at all.
