2025-12-16First ever poligel manicure and I’m obsessed! I have short nails and want them to look clean and simple - these are perfect and feel so good. Not heavy like regular gel or some dip powder manicures. Han did my nails and was amazing and so kind (even when I was a late night walk in). Wawa did my pedicure and I couldn’t be happier. Will def be back again!

2025-07-27Edited to Add: I really can’t believe this. I got a call to come back to the salon because the manager (not Lynn) would redo my nails. When I got to the salon Lyn proceeds to argue with me about my nails. I told her I didn’t feel comfortable with her doing them. She asks someone else to do them but peers at me from the register. I left because I felt uncomfortable. I’m currently at another salon and I will pay for my nails to be redone. This is unbelievable. I'm new to the area and I chose this salon based on proximity in Google Reviews. Maybe I should have asked for Grand Master Han. I recently got my nails done and noticed several imperfections in the polish and design. When I called to kindly request a polish change, Lyn who I believe is the owner told me I would be charged for it. I expected a bit more understanding and accountability, especially for a first time customer who spent 115. It's frustrating to pay for a service and not be happy with the result, only to be met with a lack of customer carte when trying to make it right. Sadly, I won't be returning. OAN: Wendy did my eyebrows and they look AMAZING!

2025-10-25Grand Master Han is exactly what his name implies. He is a true artist. My daughter showed him a picture of what she wanted and he went above and beyond to make it happen. We will definitely return! The photo is real!
