edited to add brighter pictures of nails :) not one to usually write reviews but i am so happy with my experience! i came in at 6:15pm and they stayed over an hour after closing ensuring that i was satisfied! Bryan took his time and really made sure i was happy with each design. i didn’t know exactly what i wanted coming in and he workshopped ideas with me leading to the nails pictured! i just wish i could’ve taken pictures during the day, but i was so eager to let google know about my experience. would definitely come again :)

Edit: I did not change my nail color 4 to 5 times as you claim. You placed the color sample sheet in front of me, WHILE you were doing the beginning steps like filing, and I made one decision. You made it sound like you had already completed the application and I kept changing my mind, which is completely false and misleading. If you’re going to respond to reviews, at least be honest about what actually happened. Also, regarding the bump on my nails—your explanation blaming the ombré design is inaccurate. The bump isn’t where the added color would go; it’s actually in the opposite direction. If your reasoning were correct, it would be more raised where the color was added, not more hollow. The issue isn’t the polish—it’s the acrylic application itself. The placement was uneven, and it shows. Also, you conveniently left out the fact that I left with a visible wound from the drill cutting into my skin. That absolutely should not happen during a professional service, and it speaks to the lack of care I experienced. Review: Maybe it was my mistake for booking an appointment toward the end of the day, but I booked through their website and expected the same level of service as any other time slot. If the staff is going to be this unfriendly and rushed by the end of the day, they should honestly close earlier. I came in for a full acrylic set and left extremely disappointed. The man who did my nails was cold and unwelcoming from the start. I asked for a medium length, and when I politely requested he cut them a bit shorter, he acted visibly annoyed—as if I was inconveniencing him. That’s not the kind of attitude I expect in a professional setting. What really shocked me was the complete lack of cuticle care. He didn’t touch my cuticles at all. The result? Messy, uneven cuticles that made my nails look like they had already grown out for two weeks—and this was the day after the appointment. I included photos to show how unpolished the final look really was. Not to mention the “ombre” I asked for isn’t even blended. It’s just a messy half and half. To make matters worse, the acrylic application itself was poorly done. The nails have uneven surfaces and dips that are very noticeable in person and on camera. One of the worst parts: he injured the skin around my nail with his drill—again, shown clearly in the photos. I don’t leave reviews like this, but this experience was just too frustrating to ignore.

I am not one to complain at all ever, but I have not been pleased with this place more than once. I have a private tech here in Boca but due to her being booked this week and me going out of town, I thought to give them one more try. Steven did my nails when I first moved here and he was phenomenal! The other two times couldn’t say the same, I hate writing this but I don’t think it’s right me tipping 20% or more (just because I’ve been in service industry) and spending the money I did, I expect almost perfect. The lady that did my nails was super super nice and lovely, but I felt like she was rushing because they were getting super busy as I sat down for my manicure which I wouldn’t even consider a manicure. Due to getting a call about a family emergency at the end of my service I had zero time or energy to even say anything but I won’t be returning which is disappointing because I really wanted to like this business.
