2025-12-17Another great experience! Lin has been my go-to girl for years, and she never disappoints. The shop is always clean, relaxing, and welcoming. Everyone is friendly and professional, and you can really tell they care about their work. My nails came out beautiful—exactly how I like them (French (dipped) manicure and (gel) pedicure)—with amazing attention to detail. Everything is very organized and sanitary, which I really appreciate. If you like nail art, her husband is incredibly talented. Lin also does a great job waxing my eyebrows. I highly recommend this place to friends and anyone looking for a salon they can trust!

2025-12-18I came in for a pedicure and unfortunately it was messed up the first time. I went back and they did fix it nicely, and because my toes turned out so good after the correction, I decided to give them another chance and get my nails done. Unfortunately, that experience was disappointing. None of my French tips are even or the same shape. When I politely pointed it out, the technician told me he’s “not a machine” and that they’re not going to be perfect. I understand perfection isn’t realistic, but I do expect consistency. The response came with an attitude, which made the situation uncomfortable. I ended up just letting him finish and leaving. I’ll be going elsewhere to have them fixed, as I don’t feel confident returning after multiple issues. I take responsibility for giving them another chance, but consistency and professionalism matter when you’re paying for a service.My nails are lumpy, the line in the French are not even one side is high then the other- there is zero consistency. UPDATE- I called this morning, trying to resolve the issue, have them fix it- they refused- asked for a refund they refused-m and then was hung up on!
