I had the most amazing experience at Ruby Nails! I booked the Detox Pedicure with a wax oil massage, and it was beyond relaxing. From start to finish, the staff made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The pedicure itself was thorough and refreshing, and the wax oil massage was the perfect finishing touch--it left my feet and legs feeling soft, soothed, and completely rejuvenated. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Ruby Nails to anyone looking for top-notch service and true relaxation! Hanny the best

I went to Ruby Nails because my-go to nail place was booked. It took three phone calls for them to understand I wanted a simple gel French nail with a heart on it. It’s not hard to understand but with the little English they knew, I guess it was. I was patient and came in despite the fact they quoted me 3 different prices over the phone until we got to the final decision. Then while I’m there they are speaking Chinese the whole time, and it’s clear they were talking about their patrons behind their back. Sure enough, I use my Google translator and they clearly were talking about the woman next to me calling her fat and smelly. So messed up! They struggled the whole time to do the design after promising they could do it. They had to have two people working on this.. Did they expect me to tip twice? Guess what I did even though it was just ok.. The cuticle area still had a thin line that looked like it would compromise the whole nail. Sure enough less than a week later they are literally falling apart! I knew based on the way they talked to me and the service it wouldn’t last long, but $100 for less than one week! Terrible. All the work I spent for months on my nails is gone and I have to start over. I should have waited the two weeks for my main nail girl to get back from vacation. Don’t go to those people. The place is clean but their prices are high for the amount of time it will last. They talk behind their customers backs, and they aren’t clear at all on what they can and can’t do for nail design until you’re in there and stuck with the bill. If you try to get clear pricing beforehand you’ll hear different things. If you want a standard basic nail set that anyone can do at a high rate be my guest and go there but honey at that point you cannot at home.. buyer beware..

I’ve been coming here since 2001. I took a little break but now I’m back and as before the staff is very friendly and my nails and toes have always look great!! Highly recommended!!

I’ve been to this salon many times over the years, but my most recent visit was so bad that I feel obligated to warn others. I paid $110 for a service, and within a week my big toenail was swollen, red, and painful from being cut at a slant, which caused an ingrown nail. I have never had an ingrown nail in my life, and this only started after their technician rushed through my appointment and filed my nail unevenly. I called ahead of time, explained the situation clearly, and was told to come back in and that I’d be given a refund. When I arrived, the owner acted as if she had no idea what I was talking about. Instead of taking responsibility, she spoke to me condescendingly, tried to “educate” me on how toenails grow (as if I couldn’t tell the difference between normal growth and a painful, swollen nail), and even dragged other customers into the conversation. To make matters worse, she then told me she would only consider giving me a refund if I showed her my toe in front of everyone — completely unprofessional, humiliating, and unnecessary. On top of that, the way she spoke to me carried the insinuation that I was somehow trying to scam them or get something for free, which was insulting considering I’ve been a paying customer here many times before. She then went further by pressuring me to let her “cut out” the ingrown nail herself — which is illegal in the state of Florida and a procedure that only a licensed podiatrist can perform. This was not only inappropriate but dangerous, especially considering it was their poor work that caused the problem in the first place. When I refused, she pushed back and tried to convince me that if I didn’t let her cut it, I’d stay in pain and shouldn’t expect a refund. After going back and forth for far too long, she finally gave me a $20 bill — not the refund I was told I’d receive over the phone, and certainly not enough for the pain and inconvenience caused by their sloppy work. I even tipped generously during my initial visit, and looking back, I should have asked for that to be returned as well. At the end of the day, no customer should be pressured into unsafe services, spoken down to, humiliated in front of others, made to feel dishonest, or forced to argue for basic respect. I left in pain, out of pocket, and deeply disappointed in how this salon treats loyal customers when a mistake is made. I will never return, and I strongly caution anyone considering this salon to think twice.
