This was hands down the worst and most painful manicure I have ever had. My nail tech (an older gentleman in seat 3) drilled and filed so aggressively that three of my fingers bled during the appointment. Instead of stopping or addressing it, he wiped the blood away with his finger—mixing nail dust into an open wound. Beyond painful, this is disgustingly unsanitary and dangerous. As if that wasn’t enough, after cutting my cuticles open with the drill multiple times, he then pushed my cuticles back by hand—without a tool, without cuticle oil, and directly on already damaged skin. I’ve been getting my nails done for 15+ years and have never experienced anything so careless and unprofessional. One accidental nick is understandable, but making a client bleed three separate times and continuing to drill and file over raw skin is negligence. I left the salon with bleeding, throbbing nails that are still painful the next day. This salon clearly has no regard for client safety or basic hygiene. Save yourself the pain (and health risk) and avoid this place at all costs. There is a reason why there are multiple negative reviews.

My pedicure was fine minus the lady grating all the skin from my feet. This was the most painful manicure I’ve ever experienced. Cuts on nearly every cuticle, allowing the dremel to get way too hot, and filing the skin from the sides of my fingers despite repeated flinching and pulling away. Also had to ask multiple times to see additional colors and was there for over two hours

I LOVEEEE how quick they were able to give service right when we walked in! My mom took me today to get my birthday nails done, I got French tips with some deigns, and I loved the outcome so much! I’m not sure what the techs name was but it was a kind man and he was really nice, and gave great service! Will definitely be looking forward to coming back! Thank you 😊

My technician was Tommy. First time here. Just moved to the area recently. Will definitely be back. Update: I went back today to get my toenails recolored and painted after 3 weeks. There were a few flaws, but I liked the final product. I was disappointed with my toes. Rushed, sloppy. Stay consistent, stay clean, and stay professional no matter what. As a business, pleasing your paying customer should be a top priority. Sự nhất quán là chìa khóa!

I just left here and to say the service here is awful is an understatement. I’m not even sure what shape this is. My pedicure felt rushed and the lady who did my toes wasn’t paying attention at all. She was also super rough pulling and slamming my feet. She kept bumping the gel light on my foot and would smudge the polish cause she kept talking to everyone around her instead of paying attention. She also cut my nails back way too short without even asking me if I even wanted my toes cut back which I didn’t I just like them shaped up and not short like little nubs. They guy who did my nails (Lee is his name I think older guy) was extremely rough as well pulling of my arm super hard, literally put the gel light right on top of my hand when he first pulled out out. I asked for an acrylic overlay with square shaped nails. After telling him this, he literally just did what he wanted. I needed my nails done for Easter and decided to try this place out but I’ll stick with my usual spot D&J next time.
