Magnolia Nail Studio Condesa

I was really happy with my manicure and pedicure at Magnolia! The place still looks brand new even after more than a year since opening. It was such a relaxing experience, and I truly loved the results. I’m a big fan of Essie nail colors, and I appreciated the attention to detail, the staff were friendly, and they carefully sterilized all the equipment. Overall, it was a wonderful personal pampering moment. Thank you, Magnolia! 💅✨

*Another update after 2 weeks* Thank you magnolia team for responding, it does seem like a faulty application. Unfortunately I don’t live in Mexico City so I cannot return to the salon or call you - you may contact me by email as I booked my service through your online system. Sadly yet another nail has fallen off entirely as you can see in the new picture. Really disappointed to have gotten a full manicure 2 weeks ago (which normally lasts me for 4 weeks) and now I have to go back to another salon in London and pay to completely re-do it all over again. **UPDATE** I got this gel manicure a week ago and today an entire nail peeled off fully. Really disappointed, I get gel nails every single month and this has never ever happened to me before, especially considering there’s no break to the nail, nor have I done any kind of intense work using my hands. It just fell right off! Of course this doesn’t negate my experience or customer service received on the day, but does make me question and disappointed in the quality of the manicure itself, and sadly I must downgrade my initial review as a result. **ORIGINAL REVIEW** Was really easy to book an appointment online! Despite my lack of Spanish, Miriam and the rest of the Magnolia team were so helpful, friendly and professional. The salon itself was super clean, contemporary and comfortable. I had a gel manicure and Miriam paid great attention to detail the whole time. I love how my nails look (and feel!) If I lived in cdmx I’d definitely come back 🫶🏽

Amazing nail salon! Clean, beautiful, staff is super friendly and welcoming. I had a mani pedi spa treatment and the whole treatment from start to finish was great. I got to pick the sent for my treatment, felt so relaxed the whole time my nails hand and feet looked beautiful after. Great attention to detail and I would definitely come back! Best nail salon in Condesa in my opinion.

Awful service. I don’t recommend this place. I got a fungal nail infection here.

I had a wonderful pedicure here this morning. The decor is very modern and it is super clean, with everything being sterilized and pre-packaged so you know everything touching you is clean. I loved how they present the nail colors on a board instead of on a ring of fake nails, and for the pedicure you get to choose between three different scents for the bubble bath, the exfoliant and the lotion (I chose lavender). They use my favorite polish brand for a regular color, Essie, and I felt so relaxed and pampered. Aide did my pedicure and she did an amazing job, and she was also really patient with my bad Spanish and didn’t mind repeating herself so I could understand. I’ve been to other nail places in Mexico City but this is the first time I’ve gone to one that I would be happy to return to!
