This had to be the worst pedicure I’ve ever had, & I’ve been getting my nails done for decades. They didn’t have 3 of the colors I asked for, then when I asked her to clip my nails she gave me attitude & said “no I’ll file them down instead.” I was afraid to make any more requests so I kept my mouth shut the rest of the time. However, she cut my skin with the cuticle cutter, then the polish application was awful (see both attached). I immediately went home to take it off & repainted them myself. Absolute waste of $40.

Super disappointed, when they first open it was good, now since they have more clientele they are not focussing on quality., I did a “spa pedicure“ and gel manicure 2 days later my nail gel polish start to peel., I’m not the kind of people like to complaint but not only that I sled for my pedicure color to match my toes they ran out that color so they put something close to my hand color….my toes nail polish looks yellowish 😤

Pedicure was fine but manicure was very rushed and the technician kept going on his phone throughout my appointment. He even cut my finger and neglected to say anything, not even an apology. Definitely not worth $80.

Walked in for brow waxing and let me tell you they had just opened 20 minutes ago, saw multiple staff and maybe one person customer wise get their toes done. Guy at the desk eating Doritos tells us that there is no time and that we can make an appointment for later. Door says walk in’s welcome and I’ve been here before for a quick wax. No explanation to the delay for waxing. I could understand if there wasn’t someone who usually or can wax present but simply telling a customer “there’s no time” is appropriate or very customer service like.

Sign on the door says walk ins welcomed. They turned my daughter and I away. There were 2 techs available at the time. Not a good first impressions.
