I’ve been coming to NOA Memorial for pedicures for a loooooong time and they are the only salon I trust with my cuticles! The Milk & Honey pedi is my go-to, but every now and then I splurge on one of their featured specials and have never been disappointed. Their service is fantastic, the quality is consistent, and I decided to start treating myself to manicures. I work with my hands a lot and my worst habit is picking/chewing my nails and cuticles, so I chose to get builder gel to protect my nails’ length, with regular polish on top, so I can remove it when it gets too chippy for me. They questioned if I was sure I didn’t want shellac for it to last longer, but I do like being able to take off my nail polish at home between fills of the builder gel. They weren’t pushy about this, and simply wanted to clarify that I understood I could get shellac on top of the builder gel if I wanted it. Today, my nail tech was Steven, who was so patient while I picked out my assortment of colors, and he made sure I was happy with the shape, length, and thickness of my nails. I asked if he could change the shape of one a bit and that was no problem. I asked if he could get riiiiiiiight to the edge of my thumb, and he said yes of course! Some colors needed two coats and a couple needed three, and he made sure they were all evenly covered in color. When I say good service — I mean I have never once felt rushed even when I am a walk-in on a Sunday afternoon. I have enjoyed every single nail tech I have had. Today, I accidentally knocked my glass of wine over on the towel he just laid out for my manicure, and they quickly cleaned it up and brought me a refill without any fuss or drama when I was embarrassed. Steven made sure my nail shape, colors, and my cuticles were all perfect before going to the next step, and when it was all done, he carried my phone, keys (and wine) for me so I could dry my nails thoroughly without smudging my new manicure. All of that for only $65! They have my loyalty for sure, and I can’t wait to get my next set done for an event later this month!

This was my first time at this nails of america location, I came in to get a full set & a pedicure. When i came in I asked for someone that was good with shape. Sam did such a great job and did exactly what I asked for. She even helped shape my acrylic on my big toe and it was perfect. I will recommend Sam to everyone and will be making the 30 minute drive to come to her every time i need my nails done! this is the shape BEFORE she was even done. i can’t forget to mention the great service from the girls in the front! 10/10

It was my first time here and it was the best experience I ever had at a nail salon. Ellie was fast efficient and knowledgeable. She patiently walked me through each nail design I showed her and ended up recommending cat eye which I loved! All the staff were super kind, patient, helpful and professional. The price is pretty good for the service you get, plus they give free drinks. Will definitely go back here!

My daughte and I love this salon. Best in the area. They are always gentle and attentive. We love their coffee with weeping cream. 😋

I came here several times for manicure and pedicure and ended up just coming for Ashley to do my pedicure. Nothing bad about the manicure but my job does not allow any form of nail polish. I haven't been by for almost a year and I requested Ashley. Right away she recognized me and remembered the color I like and the service I like. I was so impressed with her memory! She's very down to earth and loves her customer. I don't make appointments but I will always request and wait for Ashley. She does such a wonderful job, attention to detail. She will let you know what she's doing and she will check if the temperature is to your liking. Until next time, Ashley, I will be back. She thought I had moved on to another technician or Nails of America by my house. I drive 25 minutes just to come and see her.
