2025-11-26I’ve been coming here since this place opened. Everything is sanitized, equipment is always clean and new, and the service is excellent. Is she pricey? Yeah, but the folks here always go above and beyond. They have fixed my nails in the past when they broke or had an issue (which has been rare, and user error). Laurie and Andy helped me today, they were wonderful. Thank you Laurie for the long massage and how sweet you were! And Andy, thank you for being so attentive and getting me relaxed as well.

Tony on my nails and Lynn for the pedicure. A fabulous start to my birthday weekend!! Thank you Milano in the Heights! Oh and the mimosas are a fabulous plus!!❤️

2025-10-30My experience here is always so amazing. I did a pedicure with Lilian and she was so sweet, took her time and was amazing. I recommend this place to everyone and this is much a beautiful clean spot. They give you drinks of what you want and their service couldn’t be any better.

2025-12-10I had a pleasant experience for the second time. This time I chose something different with my nails and I liked the outcome! I had Linda and Sky and they killed the square shape. Don’t book them because I’ll need them for my future services lol. I had a polish change on my toes, and a fill in with designs on my nails. Environment was quiet, clean, and welcoming, customer service was amazing and I will be back.
