Milano Nail Spa Memorial

I got my nails done with Johnny last week (Gel-X) and they look AMAZING—I’ve been getting nonstop compliments! He suggested I try a new shape and I absolutely love it, even more than what I usually get. Johnny is so talented with designs and always brings my ideas to life perfectly. On top of that, he’s super sweet and makes the whole experience enjoyable. He’s an easy choice every time I get my nails done. Highly recommend!

Due to my demanding work schedule, I am no longer able to regularly see my usual independent nail technician, and as a result, I’ve had to rely on your spa for my nail services. While I understand the convenience of a walk-in-friendly franchise, I’ve found that the overall quality and consistency of service has unfortunately not met expectations. On multiple occasions, I have been serviced by the same technician whose work has left my nails in very poor condition. Despite previously having an unsatisfactory experience, I was recently placed with him again, even after I politely requested a different technician. The exchange process felt awkward and uncomfortable, and it seemed as though my request could not be accommodated discreetly, which made the experience even more difficult. The outcome of the service has resulted in significant damage to my nails and cuticles, and I will now need to take additional steps to restore their health and appearance. As someone whose profession requires a well-groomed and aesthetically pleasing appearance, this is a serious concern. Additionally, I am currently seeking medical attention related to a pedicure I received, which further emphasizes the importance of proper technique and hygiene. While I understand the challenges of staffing and scheduling, I truly hope that future improvements can be made in technician training, customer service, and the overall quality of care. Clients rely on professionals not only for beauty but for the health of their nails and skin as well. Part of my employment requirements are for my hands to be aesthetically pleasing, and I was not able to achieve that goal.

Walked in on one of the busiest, but had one of the best experiences here. Derrick is amazing! Very friendly, professional, focuses on your goal and details. I’m very impressed and satisfied with his work! If you need design he’s the one to go to. I did also get a cucumber pedi and eyebrow wax. I love my set, thank you!

My nails are so beautiful!! Kevin is so talented, I would definitely recommend! I got exactly what I asked for and they are just so carefully done. :) I always love the service here as they put so much care into your nails and vision!!

This was my first timing getting my nails done and it was a 10/10 experience. My nail stylist was Kelly. She is amazing! She took extra time paying attention to details and made sure I liked everything. It came out so beautiful and it only took an hour and a half. Definitely recommend coming!!
