Woodhouse Spa - Fort Collins

I had called ahead of time and was greeted with friendly staff giving me knowledgeable information who helped advise me on what care I would enjoy .I was texted all the forms so the process was very smooth I had scheduled for the Swedish massage & light therapy sauna.. Upon arriving, the concierge ,Iliana & Kristin.,where very warm & welcoming on arrival . Iliana led me to women's locker/ dressing room,with warm neck wrap rob & slippers . Visually besautiful, warm ascetic with lit candles all around,fireplace,warm blanket ,soft plush lounging bed in relaxing room,beverage & treats all set the mood and made the ambiance feel fabulous. My therapist ,Clara, greeted me and lead me to massage room,I was extremely satisfied, expectations where above & beyond amazing care and thorough,peaceful setting in room,music,oils,hands like an artist and perfect pressure was heavily!! Iliana was right there to guide me to prepare for my therapy sauna session. as well afterwards. Top tier experience at this spa,would highly recommend. Everything from the ambiance to Iliana & Kristin , the thoroughness in making me feel welcomed & comfortable, my therapist Clara, who was absolutely amazing and has the experience of twenty years and it showed,with her magic hands! I'll definitely be booking for monthly sessions & service's.

I visited Woodhouse Spa in Fort Collins a couple days ago for a Skin Renewing facial after receiving a gift card for my birthday. I will definitely go back! The staff were so friendly and the spa is beautiful and tranquil. My facial with Allie was amazing. She really listened to my skin concerns, explained everything she was going to do and made me feel so pampered. I left there with my skin glowing and hydrated. I highly recommend!

It was my first time visiting the Fort Collins location of Woodhouse Spa, where I received a mani/pedi service. There were several things I genuinely enjoyed. The staff were attentive about offering drinks throughout the visit, which added a nice touch. The spa elements incorporated into the nail service were very relaxing, and I especially loved trying the Dazzle Dry polish for the first time — I was honestly impressed with the finish and how quickly it dried. There were, however, a few parts of the experience that fell short of what I expect from an upscale spa. As a first-time guest, I would have appreciated a quick orientation or brief tour so I knew where everything was, including restrooms; instead, I found myself a little lost at the end of my appointment. I was also offered a neck wrap but never actually received one. When checking out, no one asked how my service was — the only question I was asked was whether I wanted to schedule my next visit. Additionally, during the service, I asked my nail technician whether her cuticle nipper might be dull because it felt like my cuticles were being pulled rather than trimmed. After that question, the interaction became noticeably awkward, which made the rest of the service uncomfortable. Overall, I left with mixed feelings about my visit. Woodhouse Spa positions itself as an upscale, guest-focused experience, and while parts of my service reflected that, a bit more warmth, attention to detail, and customer-care follow-through would have made a big difference.

I went to Woodhouse recently with a group of women and we booked the new Relaxation Retreat. We all loved our services and had such a great time getting to hang out in the new room. The Woodhouse team was amazing - they took the best care of us and were so enjoyable to talk with. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a spa experience!

I’ve been going to the Woodhouse Spa for a few years now and I just look forward to it so much. You’re greeted by friendly faces as you enter and get checked in, I love the complimentary beverage selection (I usually get a mimosa) then they guide you to the locker room and once changed meet you to take you to the quiet relaxation room with your beverage and a warm neck wrap. I love that this part is always consistent because it doesn’t leave you wondering where you’re supposed to go next. As of recent I’ve been upgrading to the Relaxation Retreat room which is just SO beautiful, that room feels more Spa-like in comparison to the complimentary quiet room downstairs, which is so cozy but I highly recommend the upgrade, I like to arrive early bring a book because you can enjoy the space before and after your service. I’ve tried the new Light Therapy Sauna once so far and I thought that was very relaxing and a good prep for massage. Over the past year I’ve been seeing Anna and Rich for the BEST massage I’ve received in Fort Collins. I’m a hairstylist and my back and shoulders really take a beating, but I feel like a brand new person walking out of there. The neck and shoulder massage that Rich gives is the most relaxing and you just feel like a blob on a table when he’s done. I love the 5 star service I receive every time at the Woodhouse Spa, I feel it is worth every penny!
