Honestly, I’ve been here a few times and every single time they did NOT disappoint. The service is great, the work is amazing, and always lasts a long time without breaking or chipping. Top quality. I got my nails done today by Leo and you can see the work yourself. Absolutely stunning!!

Ive been to this place a few times but today was the worst experience of my life, today being my bday I was excited to go get my nails done. Had a design in mind, but I ended up leaving this place close to 3 hours later with a design that I had to settle for and not happy at all. My experience was horrible, I had taken both of my parents to get their feet done and my mother also got a manicure and her nails were awful. One lady was very nice, had great customer service skills and was able to calm me down after seeing what they did to my nails. She offered me 15%off for my bday which I never got and I still had to pay for all the ugly nails my mother and I got. I dont mind paying for what I get done in a nail salon as long as I get what im paying for. There is glue under my nails and my skin is ripping due to the glue that is attached to my nail underneath, I will never go back and they will not be recommended by me. We are not paying 20 dollars for nails and is very unprofessional how they handled this entire situation. 1. They put in a full set of nails, cut them too short and they had to replace them all to get the desire length 2. They started with the design I wanted to only finish with something very different and having my picture of what I desired infront of them. 3. My mother's design was horrible and she was so uncomfortable when getting her nails done as they were trying to rush the process and getting her to sit uncomfortable to dry her hands while getting the feet done. Her process was so rushed. If you go to a salon you are not only paying for your nails, you are expecting a good experience and professionalism and this was just horrible. Did we pay for what was done and even what we never got? YES we did! Moving forward, I don't think I will be going back.

This was my second time at this salon and will be my forever place! I had Helen the first time (I believe) and then Iris the second. Both ladies are extremely talented, made me feel super comfortable, and made the whole experience such a joy! The salon is very clean and well laid out, even all the colours are laid out for you to choose from! The entire staff made me feel so welcome and pampered. What a lovely team! Thank you ladies, I’ll see you in two weeks!

Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this place for shellac on your natural nails. I’ve been growing out my nails for months and had no problem with shellac at other places, I came here once and 4 days later 5 of my nails have broken off/are breaking off from high up on the nail because they were left sooo thin. The service was very friendly but I cannot recommend if you are trying to grow your natural nails with shellac.

In love with my nails!! Very friendly and professional people! They close at 8 but to make sure my nails are perfect they stayed 30 min late just to not rush my service ! Thank you so much
