Leann's Nails

Not recommended. The owner is rude and impatient, and her manicure skills are very poor. She couldn’t remove all of my previous gel, didn’t smooth the nail surface properly, and there were bubbles and cracks afterward. I asked her to redo it, but it was still bad. Throughout the entire appointment, she was defensive and impatient. Don’t waste your money here.

I was in town visiting relatives and decided to get a pedicure since my feet were tired and sore, in need of attention. I’ve had many pedicures in my life, and this was right up there at the top. Leann didn’t do my feet, but was super sweet and professional. The ped chairs were massage chairs and mine was on for the entire visit. The girl who did my pedicure was so good. My feet and calves are so relaxed and pain-free! My toenails look fantastic and I’m walking on clouds! I highly recommend this nail salon.

I am completely blown away by how horrible my nails turned out. The design I wanted was shown in the picture on display. I sat down for a pedicure, which went well, but when it came time for my manicure, things took a turn for the worse. A woman started doing my nails. She filled them and then asked me to sit down so she could finish them, proceeding to completely ruin them. If you can't do designs, just be honest about it. She painted the base for the design, but as I watched her rush through the process, I showed her my dried nail and pointed out the areas of touch up. She admitted they looked like trash and removed the polish. I told her I didn't want any paint, just a French tip (which I thought couldn't get messed up). She agreed and used a beige color (as seen in the picture). I looked at my nails and thought, "What the heck?" She conveniently forgot about the French tip. At this point, I didn't feel the need to match her energy or disrupt anyone else's experience, but this was one of the worst experiences I've had getting my nails done. Why repeat the process multiple times if you can't do it right the first time? 🤷🏽‍♀️ Make up your own mind about the pedicure, but think twice about getting your nails done here. Bad idea.

I've never ever been treated this way and I need to discuss this. I made an appointment at 3:30 for a regular mani pedi and I walk in on time. They have 3 girls there and do not seat me for 20 minutes. They did a great job at my pedicure and while I am getting a pedicure I see them deny two groups of colored women who came in wanting to get pedicures. They let them know they're booked and full...shortly after a group of 4 elder while women come to sit down and get pedicures....they dropped EVERYTHING and left me with acetone soaking on my nails....FOR 45 WHOLE minutes while they worked on these women who had appointments wayyyyy after me. Guess what time I got out for a regular mani pedi??? ALMOST 3 hours later!!! The acetone was on me for so long it dried on my skin, they also had absolutely no fans or dryers for my nails so they were ruined and had to be readjusted after I was already told they were dry. Please Never ever judge your customers status by the way we look. How come you didn't drop everything for me or any of these other customers when they walked in but you did for those ladies???? A shame. I've never been treated this way and plan to share my experience everywhere I possibly can.
