Tomo Organic Nail Spa

I’ve been coming to this nail salon regularly for a year now and I love my nails everytime I get them done by Emily. The salon is clean, there is just relaxing music playing, no tvs, they offer water and are all respectful, quiet and friendly. ♥️

The ladies are very nice, and it's overall a pleasant experience, but the person doing my nails didn't do any cuticle trimming or cleaning up at all, which to me is the whole point of getting your nails done. My friend who I was there with had her cuticles cleaned up, so I think it was just the woman I had, but I was super disappointed with the product.

Great experience in this nail salon. They don’t use acetone or do acrylics so the indoor air quality inside is fantastic—no headaches! The manager, Emily, is wonderful and my nails look fantastic.

I’ve been coming here for years and honestly they deserve all the best things in this world. It’s clean, calm, comfortable, every employee is kind, and most of all they take really good care of your nails. I try getting French pedicures other places if I’m out of town or can’t make it here and it’s never as good as when I come to my spot. They use the dremel sander on your callouses and the leg massage is top tier. I’ll always be loyal to Emily and the team!

I was in the area wanting to get a Mani and Pedi and this place has the best reviews so I decided to give it a try. They were nice and accommodating given that I didn't have an appointment. They sat me right in and started the services. I was asked what color I wanted, but they never asked which type of Mani/Pedi I wanted which I'm assuming had to do with maybe having other appointments. The order in which they do the pedicure process was not what I'm used to, so for half of the time I was in a small panic thinking they were not going to scrub my feet (they actually did and used a small grinder/sander little tool). They had 2 people do my Pedi and 1 do my mani which threw off my tipping strategy. It was around $98 for a basic Mani and Pedi, I think they charged me an extra $10 for removing gel from my feet (I had to check the website to figure that out). I normally do 15% of the cost between 2 people, but now I had to do it for 3 which wasn't a great feeling. I paid for the services with my card and I prefer to give tips cash to make sure the right people get it, but even with the extra bucks I had it didn't feel right. I did try to get extra change from a $20 and the lady helping me said she didn't have $1's. The total cost came up to $115 for a basic Mani and Pedi which I didn't love, but I also didn't hate. The cons: They needed 3 people to perform 2 basic services, they didn't ask what level service I wanted, my nails were not clipped (I know a lot of people like long toe nails, but this is a preference I don't share), they didn't offer the control for the massage chair (I looked for it) The pros: I like the color variety, the guy who "grinded down my feet" haha gives nice massages, everyone seemed friendly, they accommodated me without an appointment. I would use this place again if I was in the area needing a Mani and Pedi, but I would try to get an appointment and specify exactly what I wanted. I didn't take pictures of the nails right after, but here are some pictures after a week and a half.
