Heber Nail Spa

Great experience but quality is questionable for how long they last. I got my nails filled and re painted, and three days later half of the paint chipped off of both thumbs. They redid the two free of charge, but a little over a week later they chipped away again. There isn’t anything crazy i’m doing with my hands either… and i’m careful everyday. i’m surprised they still used the same product again even after they saw it didn’t last.

This place is a gem! They went above and beyond my expectations. For the price, you absolutely can’t beat the value. I got the green tea deluxe pedicure and it looks amazing and my feet are so soft. The staff was very professional and had me seated and started and started working on me the minute that I came to check in for my appointment. The spa is also gorgeous and relaxing with an indoor fountain and massage chairs. I would absolutely come here again!

I requested some basic acrylics with the nail tech Thy. My first complaint is that the prices aren't very transparent. It wasn't always communicated when certain things were going to cost more when options were presented to me. I walked out spending way more than I planned to. In addition, all of my nail beds are damaged from the acrylics. I recently removed them and have a curved indentation from overfiling of the nail. I also had a bruse on one of my nail beds that lasted a few weeks post nail appointment. I really don't want this to be a bash review, but I do want others to be informed before they go here to really double check the prices before you select something for your nails and to be sure you have a good nail tech, as I'm sure there are some great ones there as there are plenty of positive reviews. After my experience though, I won't be returning. The attached photo is my damaged nails. I painted over them to hopefully hide some of the damage, but as you can see, there is quite the indentation on my nails that was there even before removing the acrylics.

Great experience for me and two 7-yr old girls (their first time at a nail salon). I was able to make appointments and I appreciate that they do a kids' pedicure. Place is clean and bright with a lot of pedicure chairs. Would be great for a group. The pedicures were pretty quick, but they all look good.

I am so happy with my experience with Jasmine!! She is so friendly and kind. I just moved to Heber City and was looking for someplace to have my nails done. So happy I found Jasmine! She does excellent work and I will be a regular here!
