Natalie is the best hairstylist I've been to! I just moved here and needed a professional DESPERATELY. I had gone through a couple at home bleach and dye sessions and my hair was a swampy rainbow or orange and green. We had a consultation and I told her I just wanted to look like I hadn't made a series of stupid decisions. This is not my color-correction rodeo, and dang did she do so well! It turned out so natural, blended, healthy looking, and in budget! I will refer her to any friend who needs a recommendation, and I will be going back. Literally in her debt. Thank you, Natalie!!

I had the best experience at Wilde Willow. Zoe worked on my hair and spent so much time getting it perfect. I appreciate how detail oriented she is. The facility is also so cute and clean. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a luxury hair experience!

I was able to schedule a last minute appointment with Zoe and I couldn't be more pleased. She listened to what I wanted, made great recommendations on color and finished with an excellent job styling my hair. I wouldn't hesitate to book with her again for color and I am sure she would do a great job with a cut as well.

Kate was absolutely wonderful to work with! I came in with uneven box dye that had left parts of my hair nearly black, and she spent so much time and care making sure every section was treated just right. Her attention to detail was amazing, and I left with a beautiful, even brunette color that I love.

I just moved to the Hideout / Heber area a month ago and was excited to find a local salon. I was in for a color + highlights - getting to my more natural brown is what we talked about. Came in for a Friday appointment. Almost 6 hours later, my hair was almost black with tones of purple and red. The stylist tried to fix the mistake, but she ran out of time, and I was rushed out because they had to close (after paying). Tried to get in today for an emergency fix, and was told by the owner (who wouldn’t come to the phone) by the kind receptionist that they don’t have time for me. Now, I’m stuck with hair that honestly looks awful. Thankfully I now know how Wilde Willow treats issues that come up (they avoid them/ignore them), and I’ll go elsewhere. I would not recommend this salon. Owner only reached out after I posted this review. Wouldn’t give me the time of day after I called twice and texted the salon.
