From the moment we walked in, we knew this was going to be special. Misti was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the entire process seamless…from check-in to check-out. The atmosphere was calm, beautifully decorated, and perfectly designed to help you relax the moment you step through the door. We started with a soothing foot soak, tea and snacks. This was followed by what can only be described as the best massage we’ve ever had. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, from the pressure to the music and aromatherapy, it was clear that care and intention went into every aspect of the experience. The salt room was the perfect finishing touch, leaving us feeling completely rejuvenated. The friendliness and warm demeanor of everyone was such a lovely bonus, and the endless supply of water was much appreciated. For the quality of service and the overall experience, the price is unbelievably reasonable…it’s truly the kind of place that makes you want to schedule weekly visits. We can’t say enough good things about this place. Impeccable service, relaxing ambiance, and an unforgettable massage. We’ll absolutely be back!

Had the pleasure of having a couples massage for our 33 anniversary at Mountain Elite. One of the best massage experiences my wife and I have had. The only rival would have been a massage on the beach in Florida for our 31st anniversary. Misti was warm and welcoming as soon as we walked in the door. Katie and Taishia did a phenomenal job with our massages. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the spa (Crystal) a couple weeks later just by coincidence and found her to be a person who loves her profession and owning her own business. Would recommend a thousand times over.

Mistie and staff went the extra mile to treat our large group from out of town. They sent us a beautiful schedule beforehand of the appointment types/times for our whole party, which was so helpful. They kindly accommodated us by staying after normal business hours. The ambiance is very peaceful. Our group loved the salt room, sauna + sitting area, and the luxurious blankets and refreshments in the foot soak room. The lighting was dim, and light music was calming which added to the peaceful feeling. The robes and slippers were nice. The locker system was efficient. Massages by Danielle and the owner (I believe Crystal) were extraordinary. They are extremely skilled. The entire staff was professional, accommodating, and quickly and kindly resolved one miscommunication. We will be back for another girls day!

I recently discovered Mountain Elite Massage in Heber, and I'm so glad I did. I scheduled a session with Ava for Salt Therapy, which I've never tried before. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I felt a sense of calm after the treatment, and I appreciated the personalized attention Ava provided. We came to Mountain Elite Massage for our anniversary and loved it! We loved getting to stay together the whole time, the salt room was unique, the foot soak was so nice and Kim & Katy did a fantastic job for our massage! The location looks beautiful and you can tell there is so much thought put into it. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a thoughtful, relaxing, and fun massage experience!
