Tam's Nails Spa

Honestly, I’ve been going to Tams for a while and while they were amazing when I first when there, for the past few months they just haven’t been up to par from how they used to be.. not sure who the male who did my nails was but they were absolutely terrible. I asked for one specific design and he couldn’t do it, the next design he didn’t have the color and just excuses, I pick out the simplest design and he doesn’t even do it right… why have employees who cannot do what clients ask for especially if they’re paying more than $60 (i still left a two dollar tip bc i was soo upset) for it.. If I politely asked for corrections there were the typical sighs or looks of frustration. He asked why I didn’t look happy and I couldn’t sit there explain why, and have him complain of what I saw wrong so I just said they were fine.. but they were so terrible, the French tip isn’t even close to being identical.. they’re all lopsided and uneven. still charged me full price with design… didn’t even get a pedicure from how upsetting this was. Definitely gonna go tomorrow to a different salon to change the design. Tams, nails are modern now especially with newer generation, my nails look like they’re for a 70 year old... please keep up with it. Picture of what I asked for and what I got. Tam’s Nails is reasonably priced, which I appreciate in a small town like Sierra Vista. However, I always leave feeling uncomfortable. When I politely ask for corrections, the staff seems offended and I can sense them talking rudely about me. I try to be kind in my approach, but it creates an awkward atmosphere. I usually get a dip nail manicure and regular polish pedicure. The dip often turns out lumpy or uneven, like today. I didn’t have in it me to ask them to change it so I paid, left, and won’t be returning. Unfortunately, with few options in town, it’s been hard to find a salon that offers both quality work and a welcoming environment.

They do a great Job I saw Vee. She's my favorite ill salon person.I love her lots

Made an appointment. Received excellent service for a pedicure and a nail fill. Plenty of choices for colors and services. Walk ins were well taken care of too.

My wife was not happy to receive additional charges for her nail manicure. She was quoted a price before the manicure and while paying at the checkout the manicurist charged an additional fee. Unprofessional! Not recommended.
