I found Venue after searching online and reading reviews from several studios in town. I have super thick kind of unique hair that I’ve never been able to really manage or style. I came to Elle not expecting much but she totally blew me away. Without a ton of direction, because I didn’t know what my hair needed, she was able to completely exceed my expectations. She can just tell exactly what to do to your hair to have it look exactly like you want it. I don’t usually dye my hair but Elle gave me so much confidence in her that I’ve even gone back twice for a balayage that I’m in love with. The studio itself is cute and set off the main road which is nice because it’s always quiet. I also take my kids here because the prices are super reasonable! Elle is hands down the best hair stylist I’ve ever had in 20 years. Definitely recommend!

First time coming here, brandy did an awesome job on my hair. I totally love it. Just what I needed a new look for a new start.

I wish I could leave a positive review, but my experience at this salon was truly devastating. I spent seven hours there, only to have my color done twice because the first attempt didn’t turn out right. To make matters worse, the haircut was completely butchered—not even close to what I asked for. I left feeling heartbroken, and after calling in tears, I was refunded $130 of the $350 I paid, which doesn’t even begin to make up for the damage done. The stylist’s solution? Suggesting I get extensions—as if that would fix the mess they made. I’ve never had such a disappointing experience at a salon, and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. If you’re considering booking here, I strongly urge you to think twice before trusting them with your hair.

I recently got my hair cut by Kirstin, and even though she’s still an apprentice, she did a fantastic job! She took her time, carefully listening to the guidance from the experienced stylists training her, and you could see her really learning in the moment. On top of that, she gives beautifully sleek blowouts that left my hair looking and feeling amazing, especially after the Olaplex treatment she recommended. Beyond her skills, Kirstin is genuinely sweet, easy to talk to, and has a great personality that made the whole experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back to her again as she continues to grow in her craft!

I started coming to Lauren for lashes at least 2 years ago! She is amazing and makes you feel right at home! She is so sweet and has put up with my indecisive lash decisions while giving her honest opinions. I wouldn’t use another soul!!
