I have never had a bad experience at OMG, every person I have interacted with no matter the service I have gotten has been professional and amazing at their job. Ever time I leave with a fresh set I'm more then satisfied with the work and always amazed how they can make the nail vision come to life. The extra services they offer make it easy to get everything I need done in one place where I know I'll be taken care of! I can not recommend this salon enough!

I have been a frequent customer at OMG for many years, originally the Chandler location and now the Tempe location. The minute I step into the salon, I’m ALWAYS greeted by name and feel welcomed by the amazing front desk team, Harlee and Cyris. My nail techs, Nikki and Megan, treat me with such care that I can truly walk in with a vague plan/idea and I know I’ll walk out with a gorgeous mani and pedi. This location is stunning, clean, and ran very efficiently. They offer so many different services and always seem to be launching new things. I would recommend to all my friends and family! I recently visited OMG Nails for a much-needed treat after a long workday. While this was my third visit to the salon, I feel compelled to share both the highs and lows of this particular experience in hopes of providing constructive feedback. 💅 Pedicure Experience – 5 Stars From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed warmly with smiles and an upbeat energy. I arrived as a walk-in and was pleased with how accommodating the staff were. The young lady who performed my pedicure (I regret not catching her name) was exceptional. She took her time and made me feel relaxed and valued, never once rushing through the service. I especially appreciated the flexibility they offered—allowing me to do the manicure and pedicure either simultaneously or separately. Since I had no other engagements, I opted for separate services and thoroughly enjoyed the tranquil, attentive pedicure. 💅 Manicure Experience – Unfortunately, Disappointing After the pedicure, I moved to the manicure station. Sadly, this part of my visit did not meet the standards I had come to expect from OMG Nails. The technician—Ashley—seemed visibly disinterested from the start. It almost felt as if serving me was an obligation rather than a part of her professional role. Throughout the session, she spent more time chatting in another language with nearby colleagues and taking phone calls than focusing on the service. After more than 2.5 hours, my nails were left to sit in front of a fan, and the end result simply didn’t reflect the quality or care that defines the rest of the salon. Within just 2 days, my manicure had deteriorated, which was deeply disappointing. ⭐ Final Thoughts I want to emphasize that OMG Nails is a fantastic salon with incredible staff and a welcoming atmosphere. My prior visits—and this recent pedicure—have all been wonderful. However, I cannot recommend Ashley based on this experience. While one technician doesn’t define an entire establishment, consistency is important, and this deviation stood out starkly. I will definitely be returning, but I will ensure that Ashley is not my nail technician in the future. I hope this feedback helps OMG Nails maintain its high standards across the board.

I just went to OMG Nails for the first time last weekend and absolutely loved it. The staff are kind, welcoming and all work very well together. Marielle spent 4 hours with me while I got gel mani and pedi along with a head spa. She was wonderul to talk with and took her time with everything. The owner was amazing too, she walked around and talked with clients and even did nails herself. Its a beautiful space and I will be going here from now on!
