2025-11-21Lauren did an amazing job. She has experience as a nail tech, and got licensed within the last year. What she might lack in “decades of experience” she makes up for in knowledge and compassion. My nail beds were in bad shape because my former nail tech filed them way too hard. It seems “decades of experience” techs can still land you in the hot seat when it comes to your nails! Lauren took her time removing the gel and prepping the nail prior to starting. I really appreciate that attention. We had fun with the design too! She took her time explaining everything to me, which I love. 💗 (Won’t let me post a picture for some reason??)

I have been to previous shops that made me feel like I was just incoming money but I have never felt that with brandy! Brandy has been nothing but kind and professional during my appointments. Her work is amazing and I have not had any issues with her work performance. She is always willing to go the extra mile and even helps me with my crazy design ideas! I get compliments all the time on my nails and how beautiful they are!!!
