Tam’s Nails is reasonably priced, which I appreciate in a small town like Sierra Vista. However, I always leave feeling uncomfortable. When I politely ask for corrections, the staff seems offended and I can sense them talking rudely about me. I try to be kind in my approach, but it creates an awkward atmosphere. I usually get a dip nail manicure and regular polish pedicure. The dip often turns out lumpy or uneven, like today. I didn’t have in it me to ask them to change it so I paid, left, and won’t be returning. Unfortunately, with few options in town, it’s been hard to find a salon that offers both quality work and a welcoming environment.

My wife was not happy to receive additional charges for her nail manicure. She was quoted a price before the manicure and while paying at the checkout the manicurist charged an additional fee. Unprofessional! Not recommended.
