I should’ve listened to myself, and went to my regular nail tech, the salon I’ve been going to. First off, nail tech Miley (this is how I heard her name, so it’s spelled as what o hear) made my before nails (coffin style) so narrow shape. She asked if I needed it short, and I said no. It was a beautiful before design of a well shaped coffin style, I had on for 3 weeks. Well, look at this style and see how it was painted and the shapes are not all the same uniform. Plus, since my nails are long, they charged me an additional $5!!!!!! I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF A ADDITIONAL CHARGE for long nails?!!! They weren’t even busy. There were 3 customers to uncle me, maybe this is why it explains for their service. I won’t be going to them again. I’ll stick to my nail salon I’ve been going for years. Update today 19 Sept and the nail color gel has peeled off. 🤦‍♀️

Tammy did an amazing job! She was super sweet and listened to what I wanted. Additionally, she made sure to keep checking on if the shape and length of the nails were okay for me, which I really appreciate because I prefer to have shorter nails. The place is super clean and inviting. Overall, highly recommend this nail salon for their great customer service and welcoming environment!

I choose to have my nails done regularly at Resonance because the stylist are not only experienced and professional but also focused on pleasing each individual client. Though I prefer subtle nails, I have seen some beautiful and unique nail designs that Resonance stylists have created. I think they are really good at getting to know what clients want.

New owners have taken over. Male owner filed my natural nails to the meat causing me to snag it and to get the worse hang nail ever. It took a whole month to fully heal I tried to give them the benefit and just make appt with a nail tech there that I trusted. Day of my appt I’m told Mia was on vacation. Then when I explain that I made this appt two weeks ago and just two days ago I called and had it adjusted to a different time no one told me she was on vacation. Then they said she was sick and did not know when she will be back and would not know when to reschedule me. Seems fishy and I will not return. I loved this place before new owner took over. Now it has gone down hill since. The first incident was the first week management changed hands. Don’t waste your time or money.

Fantastic First Experience! My mom and I decided to try out Resonance Nails & Spa for the first time, and we were thoroughly impressed with our visit! Despite being walk-ins without appointments, they seated us right away. We both opted for gel manicures and pedicures, and the experience was delightful. James took care of my mom's manicure and pedicure, and she couldn't have been happier with his service. He was attentive and ensured she was comfortable throughout. She's already planning to become a loyal customer of his! For my services, Maya did my manicure and another skilled woman did my pedicure. I showed her an inspiration picture for my toes, but unfortunately, we couldn't quite get the color right for my skin tone, which left me a bit disappointed. However, the team quickly jumped in to help and offered to change the color until I was completely satisfied. They made me feel so comfortable speaking up about my preferences, which I really appreciate. Their customer service truly stands out—they prioritize your happiness above all else.
