I love coming to Cosmo Nails for Wendy to work her magic!! She always leaves me in awe of making my vision reality!! I tell her my ideas and she creates them with no hesitation! Always so friendly and so professional! I love it here 🖤

Ask for Qiyana! She did absolutely phenomenal! Got a full set done within an hour will a full design on each nails, all around $100 (including tip). Got my inspo prefect as well. Very nice environment with great staff.

Our experience at Cosmo nail salon started out ok until I discovered a green stain on my couch and then my daughter sending pictures of her messed up toes and ruined sock. She lives in LA and was visiting over the holiday and did not notice her messed up toes/sock until she returned home and I did not discover the green stain on my couch until the next morning. We got gel (supposedly…. with green sparkle for her and red for me) pedicures but something went terribly wrong with hers. The nail salon has refused to do anything other than refund the $15 gel portion of the charge and tried to somehow blame it on my daughter. The salon recommended gel because it dries instantly but either the tech used non gel, the polish was defective or somehow didn’t dry them thoroughly before we left. I am left with a large green stain on my couch and my daughter with a pedicure that will have to be redone (along with ruined socks) and all they want to do is refund $15!! I am furious and will be filing a complaint with BBB and possibly filing a suit to cover my costs. I did end up cussing at the manager (which I apologize for) but was so mad that he did not try to resolve the matter more reasonably. I will never return here because of this terrible experience. The staff is always so welcoming. We enjoyed our time with Nina and Bianna today. I was glad Brianna convinced my boyfriend to do a manicure after our relaxing pedicures. His hands look and feel hydrated now while his cuticles are smooth and soft. I appreciated Nina's feedback who also helped fix my manicure that I chose a matte finish for, but immediately regretted. She was patient and so kind to me.

First time visiting this nail salon with my girls, and we loved every minute of it! The entire staff was extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful. The service was excellent, and the nail techs were very transparent throughout the process. We all left feeling pampered and happy. Highly recommend!
