when we called for an appointment, we specified that I have short hair. I get there and she tells me that she doesn’t cut short hair. she thins out my hair like I wanted, but there was really no haircut which I had intended to get when I originally made the appointment. I have face framing pieces that she trimmed but it seems like she doesn’t know how to cut those either. the shape is extremely odd and I didn’t realize it was also very uneven until I got home, one side is way shorter than the other side and there are just pieces that don’t make sense. For $80 and unwilling to refund.

Nirvana exceeded our expectations! My daughter and I both got amazing haircuts — some of the best we’ve had. The stylist really listened, matched our ideas, and delivered beyond what we hoped for. We left feeling beautiful. Highly recommend!

I scheduled an appointment specifically for someone experienced with short haircuts, but my daughter was booked with a stylist who immediately said, “I don’t cut short hair, but I can just texturize it.” She clearly didn’t have the right experience and should have offered to reschedule with someone who did. The result was a disappointing $80 haircut that now needs to be fixed elsewhere. When I called the salon, they confirmed that the receptionist had indeed ignored my request— yet they refused to issue a refund and instead offered to “fix” it. Unfortunately, after this experience, there’s no trust left to go back. This salon gives the impression of being high-end, but the quality and professionalism don’t match the image. Every stylist seems to have the same identical haircut — which apparently is the only style they truly know how to do.
