2025-11-29This is my second visit to Concept Nail and Spa. The spotless spa makes a good first impression. Their contemporary machine makes a second impression. The personnel are helpful, pleasant, and amiable. I would especially like to thank Tina, my nail technician. She is incredibly nice and caring, and she constantly looks after my nails and makes sure everything is in order. If you're looking for a gorgeous nail, I heartily suggest Tina.

Very friendly, modern and updated, and the pedicure by the younger guy with glasses (didn’t catch his name) does an extreme pressure massage which I prefer. He was able to explain to me the types of polish they offer and the difference between them with patience and kindness. While my husband enjoyed his first pedicure. They were kind and patient with him as well.

2025-08-13Was in today for a gel manicure and was very impressed! Lien worked her magic on my nails today and I couldn’t be happier. 🩵 Very clean location, and everyone was kind. Just make sure to bring cash gratuity!! You can’t tip electronically after the lovely service :)
