I had an incredible experience from walk in to walk out. I was greeted and arrived before my appointment time. It was ample parking in the plaza although I was dropped off. Kelly did my pedicure and forgot who did my build a gel manicure but I would return to them both. It was very clean and even the drink with service was amazing. They were very communicative throughout the process ensuring that I was pleased with the shape and polish. I did get designs on my nails and a French on my toes. Glad I found this gem and will be back

I’m not from town, but I stopped by this salon because it’s very close to the spa I visited. I needed a quick acrylic fill and polish change. They were able to get me in quickly and my tech was nice and did fine work, although we’ll see how it holds up or if it chips in a couple days. You can also see that the cuticles on one finger are not clean and smooth. Mostly, though, it was not a five-star experience because of how the two other owners? techs? customer service staff? (I’m not sure of their roles) made me feel. They kept popping in on the procedure and talking my tech, which is fine, but they weren’t checking in on how I, the client, liked the color, the shape, or the experience. I wish I could have communicated with them better, but I had the distinct impression that for most of the service, I was being talked about, rather than to. The final price ($55) felt somewhat high for fill with only one color and no art, but again, I mostly didn’t like it because it absolutely felt like they had made up some excessive and arbitrary number because apparently something I did (speak nicely, wait patiently, remain courteous and mostly quiet) was offensive. The point is, next time in Scottsdale, I’ll look for nail services elsewhere.

Maiya’s is a pleasure to come to! The new owner Tiffany, is lovely and kind. And it’s real! Not the pretend kindness, that disappears after you have been there many times! The technicians were each wonderful in their own ways and both produced great results! I was very happy to have a positive experience, after some of the experiences I have had, for just a manicure and toe polish change! And disappointing result's from the 3 times at different places, were annoying and aggravating to deal with, especially from the owners! This was a completely refreshing experience! It’s been refurbished internally, and it’s an open space, and clean, and the technicians , actually cared and listened! Thank you for your new environment and the kindness extended to everyone! Appreciate the results of the services from each person with whom I had contact!👏

After years of getting my nails done, this would be my first FIVE STAR experience. My husband got a pedicure by Paula and gave it a 1000/10. Vicky did my gel x nails and they turned out absolutely perfect!!!! Prices are extremely reasonable. Will definitely be coming back.
