This nail salon is truly my favorite. I’ve been here many times and I’m definitely not going anywhere else. The nail technician is incredibly skilled — my nails always come out exactly like the reference photo, no guessing or wondering at all. She’s very patient, works super clean, and the owner is kind and friendly. Highly recommend Elle— she never disappoints!

I had a terrible experience here. I went last weekend for my birthday and asked for gelX plus a tip. The lady who did my nails didn't even know what she was doing. Two other employees kept coming up to her to ask if she needed any help to which she said no. After a week they are already peeling off my natural nail. I left with almost all my cuticles bleeding and in pain. I was extremely disappointed and sad considering these were my birthday nails. I still have brown paint on my skin and my pinky isn't even straight. The lady who was doing my nails then proceeded to tell my friend "it took so long because her nails are terrible". I will never be back and would love a refund!

El was so friendly and did an amazing job on my nails! She pays attention to detail and offers to go further to make you happy with the end results as well making sure you’re comfortable!

I really wanted to like this place after seeing their promotions on tik tok. My service took 2 and a half hours for builder gel. The nails themselves are fine and decent quality, but the service forever. I asked for a very small design, one red bow for christmas on each ring finger. The bow looks like a child drew it and the two do not look remotely similar to each other. At this point I was drained from sitting there for over 2 hours to complain and I just wanted to leave. My nails seem to be decent quality and I would’ve likely been happier if the actual painting on the nails looked better. As I stated, I came here because they were promoting on tik tok. There was a promotion on tik tok that said 30% off of all services posted the same day I went. When I asked about the discount, she said it was only 10%. I feel scammed and I would not have come here if I knew they were falsely advertising and my experience would be well below average. I would find somewhere else unless you are going to see one of the 2 ladies that seem to know how to do designs there before they move salons, which I did not get.

I love this place! It was my first time here and my tech was Ashley! She was amazing! She was super sweet and attentive to detail, making sure my nails came out perfect! The salon is super relaxing and clean! I cannot wait to come back!
