Absolutely love this nail salon! Q-Nail Bar II at Estrella Parkway is hands down one of the best nail salons in all of Arizona. The staff is amazing, professional, and so friendly. Justin greeted me at the front with a warm welcome when I arrived. I had an appointment and was running a few minutes late due to traffic, but they were so kind and accommodating. The salon is very clean, organized, and you can tell they truly care about their clients. Vee did my nails and she was fantastic — quick, efficient, and very detail-oriented. We had such a lovely conversation, and she took the time to explain the differences between acrylic and gel, helped me pick the right shape and color, and suggested some great options that suited my style perfectly. They do get busy, so I recommend booking an appointment ahead of time. I can’t wait to come back for my fill! If you’re looking for a place that delivers quality, professionalism, and great vibes, definitely give this location a try — you won’t be disappointed!

He didn't give me what I wanted. I picked the color, and he returned with something different. Then he said he gave me what I wanted. The inspiration picture was a pink nail with chrome. He charged me to fill with gel color, and he never used a gel color. He said it was gel because they applied a clear coat. I have never had problems at other nail shops, but make sure you ask the cost and know what you are getting before coming here. I will not be back. Funny how the response says I've visited many times and I have been a “challenge” please show me proof of these challenges. Laugh at this lie! The facts are in the photos. But great try!

I really love coming here, I bring my son with me too he’s four years old so he can be kind of mischievous but the staff are always so friendly and accommodating. My nails and toes always come out so cute and the price I pay is pretty fair. I truly recommend this place if you are having trouble deciding.

Overall, I usually had a good experience. At times, I wasn’t fully happy with my nails, but they were acceptable. My friend and I always went together, and the last time she went, she had a very negative experience. I was a long-time customer and I will no longer be returning. I couldn’t believe their response to her review blaming the customer instead of simply acknowledging that she left dissatisfied. Claiming they “experienced repeated challenges in meeting your expectations despite our team’s efforts” was disappointing. Again, I’ve been with her during every visit prior. We’re not the type of people to be difficult. She was always positive and appreciative of the techs we had. We’re the type of customers who, if we’re not happy with something, a MIGHT politely ask if a small adjustment could be made, usually something simple like the shape or thickness. Even if it still wasn’t exactly what we wanted, we’d accept it, understanding that they made the effort. “We wish you the best in finding a place that better suits your preferences in the future.” Very nice way to say you're not welcomed back. We are paying customers who come in for a service. It’s okay if some techs can’t do exactly what we’re looking for, we get it. However, make a positive effort to make it right or at least get close to the request. Don’t be rude, it’s not personal.

I had a basic pedicure with Henry and he did a great job! He listened to my specific needs when it came to my callus removal. Very happy with my service
