I had a wonderful experience. Audri did a beautiful job with my cut and color, and was lovely to chat with. She made sure both the color and cut were perfect and really paid attention to detail. Everyone at the salon was welcoming and friendly. It’s a pretty salon with a laid back atmosphere. -Kristen

I had a last cancellation in my bridal hair elsewhere, three days before my wedding. I called here and Lily the managers daughter who assists with booking saved my bacon! She was able to get me in for an appointment, not only for hair, but a Gel X manicure first thing in the morning on my wedding day! I will forever be so grateful to them. Everyone was friendly , and the salon so beautiful. Recommend to everyone to come see them.

Audri was an absolute delight! She was so sweet and walked me through each step of the process. I felt super comfortable trusting her to cut and style my hair.

Rebecca was fantastic. She was super sweet and knew exactly how to work with my curly hair. She was able to give me the exact cut I wanted while working with my natural curls rather than having to force them to behave. This was my first visit to the clock tower and it was an absolute 10/10. Will definitely be back in the future. Hana was super sweet and an excellent esthetician. I only got my eyebrows done but she was able to clean up the unrulyness of my eyebrows while keeping their natural shape and fullness. 100% recommend this place and their very talented staff.

January 11th, I had the worst experience at the salon. I had my hair prior worked on by Katie, and she did a phenomenal job every time. Unfortunately, when I went to schedule an appointment in January, Katie had no availability when I needed it, so I called the salon, and they scheduled me with Rea. My appointment was scheduled for 12 pm. When I came in, I was informed that she is going to take care of this client really quick, and then she'll call me back. I waited 1 and 1/2 hours. After Rea was done cutting the clients hair, she went to the front desk and was talking with the girls at the front desk and with the client completely ignoring the fact that im sitting and waiting. But I waited, thinking she would eventually be done talking soon and call me to the back. Finally, she acknowledged that im sitting on the couch waiting, told me she was going to clean up, and come and grab me. Finally. Im in the chair. We talk about what I want, and she says "alright! Let's go wash that noggin!". I've never been addressed that way and didn't find it funny at all. When she finally started cutting my hair, I could tell she was unsure of what she's doing. By the time she got to my bangs, her hands were shaking, and I started noticing that she was making a lot of mistakes. I asked her if she knew how to work with bangs, and she assured me that she did. I eventually had to ask her to stop because I didn't feel comfortable with her working with my hair any further, and I had her call a manager. A manager came, and I explained what was happening, and even the manager was telling me that Rea was one of the best stylists in the salon. Another few things I wasn't okay with was that she was dressed up extremely grungy, and her breathe smelled terrible. The manager tried fixing my hair and kept lying and telling me how amazing my hair was looking even though my bangs were so crooked and chopped up. I paid like $80 for my hair to get destroyed. I called the salon 3 days later and asked to speak to a manager and explained to her that my hair was looking terrible and that i felt embarrassed to leave the house and she scheduled me in with Katie and added a scalp treatment as an apology for the terrible experience. Katie once again was incredible and fixed my hair the best she could, and I had to pay $80 again. Unfortunately, due to that experience, I will no longer be going back to that salon and anyone who schedules just be careful who you schedule with. Because I had to pay for my hair to get ruined and I had to pay to have it fixed.
