They were friendly but the quality was terrible and I was overcharged $5. The premium pedicure is $35 and was charged $40 and I still tipped $5. When I asked her to redo the splotching she just kept saying you can’t see it from far away. I don’t think i’ll be back

My nails were beautifully done, time was taken to clean them up, however after I mentioned to please not cut the corners of my nails - the manicurist pulled up the corner of my big toe (ripping it up on the edge), told me it would hurt, and proceeded to cut it, because according to her I had an ingrown toenail. Well, bottom line, I said don't cut the corner of my toe nails, I don't like it and she did what she wanted. I will also mention there was no language barrier. I hate writing reviews like this, I'm a very positive person in nature, but my toe nail hurts so bad today, I can barely handle socks on. I feel compelled to share, so others don't go through what I did. I also tried calling to speak to the owner however she was not available to connect.

My regular salon that I had gone to for months said they were too busy to do my fill. So I found this place and gave them a try. They Actually correctly sculpted my nails and took the time to make sure there were no air pockets or un even sculpting. They also actually use the coffin tips instead of cutting and sculpting square tip ends like most places. Pricing was more than fair and they accept walk ins and treat it like a booked appointment. Will be back

We had an appointment with a wedding party of five. Marisa did everything to make sure our party was happy with our mani/pedi's. Even when the bride was not happy, she made sure to redo her nails and make them precisely what she wanted. She even told us we could come back to get any gems replaced that may fall off before the wedding. We left very happy with the results. Marisa also made sure to take the COVID-19 precautions to keep her workers and customers safe: wearing masks, sanitizing, plexi glass shields, and even had masks for purchase at the front.

I’ve been visiting this salon years. On Sunday, August 11, I went to have a pedicure and manicure. It’s the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. First of all technician cut the skin right at the outside part of my now I have my big toe. Then the massage portion lasted less than two minutes. But the worst was yet to come because that cut led to it infection where I could barely walk and had to have antibiotics within three days. I called on Monday to tell Marissa for no reason just to let her know about this technician and then even receiving an apology. She has lost four customers.
