2025-12-13I HATE my nails. If I could leave NO STARS, I would. The pics are of what I asked for versus what I got. I tried to be very nice and ask if he could generously adjust how thick they are and the designs. He attempted but they still do not look nowhere near like the reference photo. My nails are bulky. I understand the nails aren't going to look exactly like the photos but before I sat down and he attempted my nails I kindly asked him was he pretty good with designs and he told me yes and that the design should be simple, welp turns out that was a lie. I then just accepted my fate with my nails but charging $65 for this is ridiculous and $25 for just a simple polish change on my toes is preposterous. My total was $92 with an additional charge for paying via card. The price would not have been a problem IF I GOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. This is my first time and certainly MY LAST time coming to this salon. For the owner of Color My Nails from now on please have staff members that tell the truth about their nail capabilities.
